Closing Day: September 7, 2026

Hours:

  • Open Daily
  • 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM – Adults-only lap swim
  • 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM – Open swim
Rules and Safety 

General Rules & Forms

The following list of rules are highlights and not all inclusive from the Pool Rules and Regulations.

  • No alcohol, smoking/vaping, or glass containers
  • No running, rough play, or diving
  • No large flotation devices
  • Food must be kept at least 5 feet from the pool
  • Appropriate swimwear for a family facility is required. Street clothing, including cut-offs, shorts, or underwear, is not allowed in the pool
  • No pets (service animals only)
  • Bicycles, skateboards, and other play equipment must be kept outside the pool area.

Pool Safety

The following list of rules are highlights and not all inclusive from the Pool Rules and Regulations.

  • No lifeguards on duty – swim at your own risk
  • Any child under 14 MUST be accompanied and supervised by an adult (18+) resident or caregiver.
  • Non-swimmers of any age and children ages 0 - 6 years must remain within arm’s reach of an adult in the water
  • Children aged 14-17 who can swim may swim without adult supervision but may not bring guests without an adult or caregiver.
  • A defibrillator is located in the pool house for emergency use only.
  • In case of thunder or lightning, evacuate the pool immediately. Swimming should not resume until 30 minutes after the last occurrence.
  • Please refer to the message board and/or signs posted on site for additional guidelines pertaining to use of the pool.
Access Privileges 

Requirements for Pool Access

  • We must receive your annual pool fee payment and the year's signed liability waiver before access is granted.
  • Each household recieves 2 key fobs
    • Keys automatically reactivate each year
    • Replacement keys: $25 each
  • Payments can be made on the homeowner portal, which is where you will also find the current year's liability waiver and the key replacement form.

Loss of Pool Access

  • Lapse in payments may result in loss of pool access
  • Residents and guests who violate pool rules may be asked to leave the pool facility by the District management team or any member of the Board of Directors.
  • Extreme, excessive, blatant, or frequent violation of the rules by guests or residents may result in loss of the resident’s pool privileges for the season and deactivation of key fobs.
  • Non-resident guests who lose pool privileges may be denied access to the pool permanently.
Guest Policy and Pool Rentals 

Guest Policy

  • Residents may bring up to 3 guests
  • Guests must be accompanied at all times
  • Holiday exceptions may apply
  • Guests are required to be informed and knowledgeable about all pool rules and regulations and are required to comply with such regulations. It is the hosting resident’s responsibility to ascertain whether their guests’ conduct is appropriate.

Private Pool Rentals

  • Available Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5–9 PM
  • Must reserve in advance
  • Resident cost: $300 rental + $100 refundable deposit
  • Not available on July 4
